While I have followed many paths through life’s journey, I have always wanted to pursue my passion for the art and science of all things Culinary, especially making chocolate, confections and baked specialties on a full time basis. To that end, now that I have “retired” I have opened La Famiglia Tedesco with the goal of utilizing time honored methods and quality ingredients to produce fine chocolate, confections & baked goods. Hopefully, you and your family will enjoy them as much as I enjoy making them.
